so i ordered foods from a korean restaurant. I ordered a rabokki (combination of ramen and tobeokki) & hotteok (korean pancake). Unfortunately, I received a bowl of salad?? and that rabokki only.. Kinda confused but I just proceed to rate the restaurant 2 stars with a note asking “why am i only receiving rabokki and a bowl of salad when I ordered hotteok too. Please explain.”

Later around 5 minutes, I received a phone call from unknown number and yea I just picked that up. Turned out it’s that korean restaurant. They said they missed to put my pancake together in the bag and they asked if i still want it? I said yea i want and they asked if i can come to the restaurant to pickup because there’s no riders available around since it’s about to reach 8pm (curfew for lockdown) shshshhss. I told them okay then i’ll pickup myself since there’s 30minutes left until 8pm.

Bruhh, the lane in front of the restaurant was one way and i’m so freakin lost on how to get there. it’s 7:52, so I just rushed to park at the other side of the road and run to the restaurant shshshs

The owner saw me and said “Sorry miss, we’re about to closs” 👁👄👁 i-

Luckily I saw the staff there and he rushed to me and said yea pancake and i said yeass pancake 😂😂 He gave me my pancake and said sorry for like 3 times. The owner also said sorry and thank you and annyeonghigaesaeyo (goodbye) to me. hahhahaha kinda funny xD

When I reached home, my mom asked me where the heck i’m rushing too during this hour (at dawn). I told her what happened and she shakes her head.. my dad said next time just ask for a refund. Why the hell we need to go to the restaurant just to pick our food that they missed to put together…. and i was like 👁👄👁 oh- the gen z gene in me is so strong that i’ll rush to pickup instead of complaining shshhshs

tbh i didn’t expect the restaurant to call me because this is the second time happened to me. First when I ordered slice of red velvet cake and I received a lemon cheesecake?? i’m so freaking disappointed i swear because i’m not into cheesecake that much :( I gave the restaurant rating of 3 stars and they did nothing.. double sad. (this is not the korean restaurant by the way) . Anyway, the point is I just hope these restaurant(s) doesn’t repeat the same mistake toward other customers. Such a disappointment tbh, because you paid them for a FOOD. Don’t mess with food bestie >_<
